 Acceptance of any quotation is expressly subject to The Terms and Conditions of Sale attached hereto which are incorporated into this quotation by this reference as if fully set forth herein.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All walk-ins, refrigeration equipment and its components must be installed by either a licensed equipment installer or a certified and licensed mechanical contractor. Warranty will be voided if these terms are not met. Prices are based on costs and conditions existing on date of quotation and are subject to change by the manufacturer before final acceptance. No production will start until the buyer has sent a purchase order, approved for credit terms, signed approval drawing and has been received.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Partial or total cancellations require seller's written consent and payment to cover costs, losses, and expenses. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping cost, including but not limited to re-consignment, redelivery, storage fees, and any other related expense. If buyer does not release products for shipment within a reasonable time, seller may cancel the order and buyer will owe liquidated damages up to 25% of the product price as long as it isn't custom made. CUSTOM MADE IS NOT RETURNABLE.
RETURN GOODS:
Products may only be returned with seller's written permission. Authorized returns are subject to handling, restocking charges, and transportation costs, which buyer must pay.
PRODUCT CHANGES:
Seller reserves the right to change product specifications, design, and material without obligation to buyer.
CLAIMS:
Risk of loss or damage passes to buyer at seller's dock. Buyer must notify seller of shortages or damages within 10 days of receipt and file a claim with the carrier.
WARRANTIES:
Seller’s standard warranty applies, and it is the exclusive remedy for buyer. Sellers offers no other warranties. Seller is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
1. Orders must be in writing to commence production.
2. Tax exemption certificates must be provided for designated states; otherwise, applicable taxes will apply.
3. Extended Compressor Warranty: Available only in the US and Canada and not transferable.
